100% Saperavi fermented in qvevri, large-clay jars buried underneath the ground, unfiltered and low-sulfite for a great value. Lovely dark color, dark brambly fruit, touch of black pepper and earthiness. A Georgian qvevri red with an $16 SRP? Well the Dilao Saperavi has arrived. A must try.
